Abbott Northwestern is the #1 top-ranked hospital in Minneapolis year after year. With the upcoming opening of a new 690K sq ft tower w 30 ORs, the CRNA division is excited to welcome a new provider to the team.

  • A “Top 100 Hospital,” “Top 25 Teaching Hospital” & Magnet recognition from ANCC | Level III Trauma
  • Pick your preferred pattern of work hours! Have every 3rd week off, or work only 2 or 3 days per week, or numerous other options.
  • “It’s a nice mix of cases: some make you think critically & remain highly engaged, but plenty of straightforward cases too.” – a current CRNA
  • Ortho, Neuro, CV, robotics, ENT, Uro, IR, Gen Surg, OB (no Peds)
  • Mentorship available | Comprehensive orientation process – no one is getting “thrown into the deep end”
  • Employed by Allina Health, the Twin Cities’ premier provider-led health system

    Base salary + minimal call will put you in the 75th-90th percentile (270-300K+), with additional lucrative earnings available.

  • Zero on-site call required
  • 50-100K signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support
  • 37-42 days of Time Off, + 10 days of Caregiver Leave
  • Health/dental/vision insurance, fertility/family building assistance, malpractice w tail, 401K match & more
